Roov fees explained

Step by step

Rent and any caution or security deposit go to your property manager.

Listers charge a Listing Service Fee. Managers charge a Management Fee. Either way, you see the full breakdown before you pay.

On payments made through Roov, the platform keeps a 30% fee. The other 70% goes to the manager, split automatically at Paystack.

House-hunters pay no access fee. Browsing, messaging, and inspections are free.
