Report a user
How to flag a property manager, tenant, or hunter who's breaking the rules.

Follow the written steps below in the meantime.
Step by step

Open the chat with the person you want to report.

Tap the More menu at the top of the conversation and choose "Report conversation."
- 3
Pick the reason (scam attempt, abusive language, off-platform payment request, etc.) and add any context.

Submit. The Roov trust team reviews every report and takes action within 24 hours where warranted.

If the person is threatening or asking you to pay outside Roov, stop chatting with them immediately and report before you do anything else.
