Delete your Roov account
How to permanently delete your account and what happens to your data.

Follow the written steps below in the meantime.
Step by step

Sign in and open your Profile.

Scroll to the bottom of the settings list and tap the red "Delete account" row.

Read the summary of what will be removed and what will be kept for legal / accounting reasons.

Type DELETE in the confirmation box to unlock the destructive button.

Tap "Permanently delete my Roov account." You're signed out immediately on every device, and the account can't be recovered.

If you have an active lease, end it first (or ask your property manager to) before deleting — accounts with active tenancies can't be deleted.
